Clinic Etiquette
We are a student massage clinic; we treat our clients with respect and dignity and expect the same in return. All personal information is kept strictly confidential. Our student therapists adhere to proper draping techniques and answer any questions you may have about your massage treatment.
Special Requests by a Client
If a client wishes to make a special request, such as a specific therapist by name, they are allowed to do so. The clinic will try to honor that request with the understanding that if we are unable to meet that request (i.e. the requested student is no longer available because of illness, etc.) we will not call the client in advance to inform them, and we would expect the client to receive their massage from the reassigned student therapist. (So even though your online booking is made with a specific therapist, your actual massage may be with a different therapist depending on the circumstances.) We will not allow discrimination against any of our students.
Arrival Prior to Your Massage
We ask that clients arrive 10 minutes prior to their massages to fill out or update our intake and medical history form and provide payment.
Accepted forms of Payment
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Local Checks. Gift certificates are also available.
